The company's products are intended for external use only.

Please follow the instructions for use that appear on the packaging or on the product page on the website.

Before first use, it is recommended to perform a sensitivity test on a small area of ​​skin.

In the event of an allergic reaction or irritation, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.

3. Purchasing and inventory

The images displayed on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be slight changes to the product packaging.

The supply of products is subject to the inventory available at the time of order.

In the event of a shortage of stock, we will notify the customer and allow the transaction to be canceled or the product to be replaced.

4. Product validity

Each product comes with a clear expiration date, in accordance with Ministry of Health regulations.

It is recommended to keep the products in a cool, shaded place, and avoid exposure to direct sunlight.

5. Returns and cancellations

Cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged after the packaging has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and public health.

Returns are only possible if the product is unopened and unused, in its original packaging, and within 14 days of receiving the product – in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return was made due to a defect in the product or our error.

6. Product defects

In the event that you receive a damaged or different product from the order, you must contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with photos of the product and packaging.

After inspection, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund – at the company's discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for using the product contrary to the instructions or warnings that appear on it.

Results of use may vary from person to person depending on skin type, skin condition and personal sensitivities.
