1.3 The regulations are written in the masculine form for convenience only, but refer to both genders equally.

7. Cancellations and Returns

7.1 Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
7.2 Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene and public health.
7.3 A product can be returned in its original, unopened packaging, within 14 days from the date of receipt, accompanied by a purchase invoice.
7.4 The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, except in the case of a defect in the product or our error.

8. Warranty and use of products

8.1 The products are intended for external use only, in accordance with the instructions for use on the packaging.
8.2 The company is not responsible for damage caused by using the product contrary to instructions or in the event of personal sensitivity or allergy.
8.3 The results of using the products may vary from person to person.
